The role requires a proven track record in program execution, collaboration with diverse partners, and ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Directs all program phases from inception through completion.
• Leads recruitment, training, performance assessment, and workforce planning.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes; prepares proposals and budgets.
• Leads primary customer contact and program reviews with cost/schedule/technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
