Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Nashville, TN seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead international counter-unmanned aircraft system (cUAS) programs, starting with Middle East customers. You will own program execution, customer relations, and financial performance, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and contracts.

The role requires 12+ years in defense/aerospace program management, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years program management experience in defense, aerospace, or national security.
• Graduate degree with 10+ years related experience; or 16+ years without a degree.
• Experience managing complex hardware/software development and production programs.
• Experience with international programs (FMS or DCS) and cross-border export controls.
• Ability to travel internationally and obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of international cUAS programs from award to delivery and sustainment.
• Serve as primary interface with Middle East defense customers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain IMS, cost forecasts, risk registers, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet commitments.
