Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics invites a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate the C2 Systems portfolio across multiple teams and sites. You will lead alignment processes and work with development and production PMs to shape program scope, budgets, and schedules for critical engineering efforts.

You will oversee startup, baseline activities for ECPs, and guide resource allocation, performance tracking, and customer reviews to ensure program success and customer satisfaction across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple interdependencies.
• Strong understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of program management processes.
• Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence.
• Demonstrated Business acumen.
• Demonstrated experience shaping, developing, estimating, delivering and negotiating proposals.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Leading C2 systems portfolio program and product alignment processes.
• Working with other development and production PMs to collaborate on program development and production activities.
• Managing program startup and baseline activities for ECPs with all functional organizations, enabling execution success that is focused on cost, schedule, and performance management.
