Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related program.
• 2–3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Provide parent education and support to therapists.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
