Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee operations of autonomous vehicle roadside assistance for a major AV company. This critical role focuses on managing a team, ensuring global response, contract compliance, and strategic planning in transit environments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in management within transportation and logistics, a background in fleet management, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant management and leadership experience required.
• Strong background in transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred.
• Expertise in fleet management and complex scheduling for operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages global response and recovery operations in dynamic transit environments.
• Oversees managers and employees charged with mitigating high visibility situations.
• Provides strategic planning and direction to the operations.
