Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Sr Manager, Program Management for the Airborne Strategic Communication program. You will lead a cross-functional IPT, drive EVMS metrics, manage P&L and schedule, and deliver critical airborne communication capabilities on a program that may exceed $1B in sales.

You will establish milestones, coordinate with supply chain, and develop executive-level communications for reviews with customers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree with extensive program management experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience managing P&L and EVMS for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle development and execution of IPTs on a large program.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Drive EVMS baselines, EACs and IMS to deliver commitments.
• Lead program financial forecasting and AOP commitments.
• Identify risks and opportunities to protect margins and schedule.
• Draft SOWs and BOEs; support proposal pricing and management reviews.
