For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, AI Programs to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape the operating model for AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring governance, decision‑making, and delivery discipline are aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate will coordinate execution across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and help create a scalable framework for AI platforms and initiatives. This position will also partner closely with business stakeholders to drive consistent reporting, measurable delivery health, and business value in a fast‑evolving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,600 – $165,000 annually
