Ladders is seeking an AI Product Manager to shape the vision and execution of AI-enabled healthcare products that support better decisions, stronger workflows, and meaningful operational outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate clinical and market needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap, driving products from discovery through launch and optimization with responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of product management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps from MVP to mature product.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful technology products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and executive influence skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the vision and execution of AI-enabled healthcare products that support better decisions, stronger workflows, and meaningful operational outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate clinical and market needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap. The position calls for someone who can lead products from discovery through launch and optimization while balancing innovation, responsible AI practices, and measurable value in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
