Job summary

ASME in the United States is seeking an experienced program manager to lead strategic initiatives under the IP Strategy Office, coordinating across Legal, IT, CX, publishing, and standards teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10+ years of experience in program management, governance, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and organizational change.
• Executive-facing program management experience with dashboard development and governance forums.
• Experience creating intake processes, governance workflows, and KPIs.
• Experience with governance, risk management, knowledge management, or related enterprise functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives under the IP Strategy Office roadmap with integrated program plans, milestones, risks, and decision points.
• Coordinate licensing inventory, governance framework implementation, AI/SLM processes, and automation opportunities.
• Administer centralized intake for licensing inquiries, AI use requests, and governance certifications.
• Maintain routing logic, escalation paths, decision-support docs, and governance workflows.
• Coordinate execution across Legal, IT, CRO, CX, Standards, Publishing, and Business Units.
