Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an experienced AI Program Manager to lead intake, triage, governance, and execution of AI initiatives. You will align AI projects with enterprise strategy, partner with stakeholders, and drive standardized processes across the AI portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management, strong AI literacy, and proven ability to manage complex workflows with risk and governance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or technology delivery.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and risks (e.g., bias, data quality, model governance).
• Experience with governance frameworks, risk management, or compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• AI Intake & Triage: primary intake point for AI requests; evaluate use cases for completeness and alignment; clarify objectives, data requirements, and success metrics; identify gaps.
• Governance & Process Management: shepherd AI initiatives through governance, risk, compliance, and approval processes; ensure adherence to AI policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Alignment & Advisory: assess AI opportunities against enterprise strategy; challenge requests for value, scalability, and risk; advise on appropriate AI vs alternatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as trusted advisor to business leaders and technical teams; translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders; facilitate workshops.
• Program Oversight & Continuous Improvement: track initiatives from intake to execution; develop standardized intake frameworks; identify risks and opportunities; improve governance processes.
