  • Help define and improve repeatable operating mechanisms such as review criteria, status tracking, deployment readiness checklists, and program reporting.
  • Support AI governance activities related to approved tools, external platforms, subscriptions, and deployment controls in partnership with IT and Legal.
  • Contribute to communication, enablement, and best‑practice sharing that promote broader adoption of AI across teams and regions.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong program management experience leading cross‑functional technical initiatives in fast‑moving environments.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI technologies, with enough technical depth to understand solution scope, implementation plans, architecture, data requirements, evaluation criteria, and integration needs.
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical teams on AI solution patterns such as LLM‑based workflows, agentic systems, retrieval and document‑based knowledge systems, AI‑assisted automation, and enterprise integration.
  • Familiarity with AI governance and security considerations, including tool approval controls, data usage boundaries, risk review, and coordination with IT and Legal on external or open‑source AI technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear executive updates, structured program documentation, and effective cross‑functional communications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI governance, digital transformation, PMO, innovation, or portfolio management programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment considerations such as API‑based integrations, knowledge indexing, workflow automation, and technical evaluation metrics.
  • Experience working on programs involving AI security, data governance, or controlled adoption of external platforms in enterprise environments.
