Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own the AFP recruiting funnel from inquiry to selection.

You will design workflows, screening rubrics, and evaluation frameworks, and lead a coordinator and contractor support team to scale candidate flow. You will analyze funnel data to diagnose drop-offs, deploy AI and tooling integrations, manage vendors, and report findings to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with AI regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end high-volume selection funnels.
• Experience leading a coordinator team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the AFP recruiting funnel end to end, from inquiry through screening, interviews, and selection.
• Design, document, and optimize recruiting workflows, screening rubrics, selection frameworks.
• Lead and develop a coordinator and contractor support team, setting quality standards and workload.
• Analyze funnel data to identify stalls or drop-offs, diagnose causes, and improve throughput.
• Lead tooling automation and system integration to reduce manual effort and acceleratemovement through the funnel.
• Manage third-party vendors, including assessment and screening tools, and SLAs.
• Identify and deploy AI/automation to reduce manual review and ensure regulatory compliance.
