Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for AFP Recruiting in Nashville, TN. You will own the end-to-end recruiting funnel, from inquiry to selection, building scalable processes and leading a coordinator team to sustain high throughput.

You will design workflows, rubrics, and frameworks, while driving AI-assisted tooling and vendor management to improve speed, quality, and consistency in partner selection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience owning a high-volume selection or vetting funnel end to end.
• Experience leading a support or coordinator team.

Responsibilities

• Own the AFP recruiting funnel end to end, from inquiry through screening, interviews, and selection.
• Design, document, and optimize recruiting workflows, screening rubrics, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead and develop a coordinator and contractor support team, setting quality standards.
• Analyze funnel data to identify drop-offs and implement improvements to increase throughput.
• Lead tooling automation and system integration to reduce manual effort and accelerate movement.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify and deploy AI/automation to reduce manual review and comply with regulations.
