Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify new areas and opportunities, prioritize based on strategic goals and business impact.
• Execute organization-wide initiatives, define plans, assemble resources, manage implementation, and support roll-out.
• Drive long-term strategy with business, delivery and tech teams to support recruiting needs and design transformation roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholder groups to scope process and technology needs and manage change.
• Lead large-scale implementations and ensure resources are aligned across all stages of project and change management.
• Communicate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and collect feedback on new solutions.
• Collect, review, and communicate metrics and risk mitigation plans.
