Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide program management, analysis, and improvement support across OCFO divisions. You will coordinate priorities, identify issues, and develop dashboards and reports to track performance and risks.

The role involves AI-readiness activities, process standardization, and collaboration with leadership to drive modernization across the contract. Remote work with possible on-site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to lead multiple technical tasks and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Experience with program management, governance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, milestones, and dependencies across OCFO divisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing performance trends and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate workflows; support AI pilots.
• Prepare executive-level reports and maintain SOPs and playbooks.
• Support audit readiness, modernization and cross-divisional initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and map future-state concepts for AI/automation.
