Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier-Health Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Indian Affairs OCFO across divisions, providing program management, analysis, and process improvement. The role focuses on coordinating priorities, addressing operational issues, and supporting modernization and AI-readiness efforts.

The position emphasizes dashboard development, data analysis, and executive-level reporting, with preference for candidates familiar with OCFO and federal contracting

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and ensure completion.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing status reports and communicating to customers/management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen with background clearance readiness.
• Experience with government/federal procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across OCFO divisions.
• Develop and maintain program trackers and dashboards.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and automate where possible.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for OCFO leadership.
• Support AI, automation pilots and readiness assessments.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state concepts.
