• Create and drive project schedules, manage dependencies, and track progress from large phases to detailed tasks.
• Establish and monitor key metrics including delivery timelines, reliability improvements, and cost savings.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that impact infrastructure strategy and drive resolution.
