Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Sr. Program Manager for AFP Recruiting within Amazon Freight Partner in Nashville, TN.

You will own the end-to-end recruiting funnel from inquiry to selection, design scalable workflows, and lead a support team and external vendors, using data and AI to drive speed and quality. The role emphasizes reducing manual effort, implementing automation, and reporting funnel performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning end-to-end recruitment funnel, including design of workflows, screening rubrics, and evaluation frameworks.
Experience leading a support or coordinator team.

Responsabilités

Own the AFP recruiting funnel end to end, from inquiry through screening, interviews, and selection.
Design, document, and optimize recruiting workflows and rubrics.
Lead a coordinator and contractor support team, setting quality standards and managing workload.
Analyze funnel performance data to identify drop-offs and improve throughput.
Lead tooling automation and system integration to reduce manual effort.
Manage third-party vendors and hold them to service levels.
Identify and deploy AI/automation to reduce manual review and ensure compliance.
Communicate funnel performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
