Job summary

The successful candidate will manage project roadmaps, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical leadership and program management experience in large enterprises, preferably in sales enablement.
• 4+ years of people management and/or direct mentorship.
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to the internal team.
• Drive and optimize the request intake process with stakeholders and multiple scrum teams.
• Build and maintain clear roadmaps for the organization.
• Document and evaluate existing processes and procedures.
• Make recommendations and drive process improvement.
