Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Serve as a coach and mentor to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.Identify and remove impediments or blockers impacting team progress.Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burn-downs, and capacity.Foster communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.Promote continuous improvement through Agile best practices and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Experience
