Qualifications

- Certifications such as CSM or PSM are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach Agile teams and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Track velocity, burn-downs, and capacity metrics.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement through feedback loops.
