Job summary

VVater is seeking an Operations Program Manager to serve as the planning and execution engine for its growing operations. You will build plans, schedules, dashboards, and lightweight tools to turn strategy into actionable work across manufacturing, field ops, engineering, procurement and O&M.

You will translate plans into assigned actions, drive accountability, and surface risks before they become problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations program management or similar role.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills (Gantt, MS Project).
• Proven data and reporting ability (Power BI/Excel).
• Software fluency; capable of building lightweight tools and automations.
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or field ops; cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across operations.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, field ops, engineering, procurement and O&M to keep work flowing.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time visibility.
• Create lightweight internal tools and automations to improve efficiency.
