Job summary

VVater is seeking an Operations Program Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate across manufacturing, field ops, engineering, procurement, and O&M. This onsite role is based in Austin, TX and requires building the plan, assigning actions, and driving cross-functional execution.

You will develop dashboards and lightweight tools to surface real-time metrics, coordinate leadership reviews, and ensure projects stay on track in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations program management or similar.
• Mastery of project planning and scheduling (MS Project or Gantt charts).
• Strong data and reporting skills; capable of building dashboards.
• Software fluency; able to build lightweight tools and automations.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial operations.
• PMP, CAPM, CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate across manufacturing, field deployment, and O&M.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines; track progress.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects; ensure visibility and accountability.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve schedule risks before they become problems.
• Build and maintain operations dashboards and reporting; use Power BI/Excel.
