Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division in Jackson, MS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the New Product Development programs, manage IPTs, and drive customer satisfaction and program financial performance.

Based at the Jackson facility (≈525 employees), you will oversee budgets, contracts, risks, and cross-site collaboration. Requires US work eligibility, ITAR awareness, and PMI credentials are preferred; salary range is $113,000–$165,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
• ITAR: U.S. person required per ITAR regulations.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Jackson, MS considered; active duty service members exempt.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects with authority for delivery within cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership across the program.
• Facilitate implementation of program management processes at site, business unit or division.
• Coordinate and monitor PM reviews, publish PM metrics and reports; maintain program earned value, quality and delivery metrics.
• Manage customer contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, and contract flow-down.
• Develop pricing strategies and contract negotiation approaches; ensure change management processes.
