Kearfott Corporation in Pine Brook, NJ, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex development programs and IRAD efforts across engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams. You will plan, execute, and monitor programs from concept through completion, coordinating resources and communicating with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes customer interface, risk management, and ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives in a 100% onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Experience with development programs, IRAD, or new product introductions.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, risk, cost, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMI PMP certification and EVMS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development programs and IRAD initiatives from planning through execution.
• Define scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; provide status updates to leadership.
• Serve as primary customer interface and Voice of the Customer throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between technical, operational, and business objectives.
• Support proposal efforts, contract execution, and program reviews as needed.
