Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical programs from concept to delivery.
• Deep knowledge of all elements of IRAD and technical developments.
• Understanding of company internal operations related to engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee SEAKR’s technical IRAD execution efforts.
• Collaborate with Technical Director and engineering teams.
• Execute IRAD projects to cost and schedule.
