Job summary

Kearfott Corporation in Pine Brook, NJ seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex development programs and IRAD efforts, coordinating with engineering, operations, finance, business development, and leadership to plan, execute, and monitor programs from concept through completion.

The Senior Program Manager ensures program objectives are achieved by coordinating resources, managing risks, tracking performance, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive program management experience delivering complex programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical or regulated environments.
• Experience with IRAD initiatives, scheduling, risk and cost management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; PMP/EVMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development programs and IRAD initiatives from planning through execution and transition.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources across multiple functions and monitor performance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; provide status updates to leadership.
• Serve as primary customer interface and voice of the customer throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support proposals, contract execution, and business development as needed.
