Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Program Manager II in Colorado to oversee complex projects and major systems within the IAS sector. You will manage customer relationships, cost, scheduling, and technical execution, leading teams through proposal and contract-award processes.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience in aerospace/defense, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget. Travel and security clearance are possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• 3+ years leading medium scale projects; teams of 5+.
• Experience evaluating proposals/quotes and submitting proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects.
• Track and report project status, technical execution, and program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead proposal tasks from initial customer interaction through contract award.
