Job summary

SNC in Colorado is seeking a Program Manager I to oversee multiple projects aligned with business objectives, manage customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical execution, and serve as the primary customer contact.

You will lead a team, coordinate stakeholders, and navigate risk, with a focus on delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting performance targets; a background in aerospace/defense plus security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive program or project management experience in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.
• 1+ years' experience leading teams made up of 3+ cross functional team members.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience.
• Experience with evaluating RFQs/RFPs and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
• Experience with contract negotiations and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all programmatic aspects of multiple assigned projects, focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program and project staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for customers.
• Coordinate audits and negotiate with project/program stakeholders to ensure cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
