Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• 3+ years leading medium scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Experience with evaluating requests for proposals and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects.
• Manage high-risk programs with budgets of $20M or greater.
• Lead proposal tasks from customer interaction to contract award.
