Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in clinical program management under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and provide parent education.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours and progress.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and adapt caseloads.
