Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to build and lead a Residential Energy Efficiency Program in Mississippi. You will launch a brand-new initiative, manage all phases of implementation, and coordinate with federal and state partners to deliver impact.

Responsibilities include program P&L, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagement across government, utilities, and customers, with a focus on outcomes and compliance. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or grant-funded programs.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale residential or income-eligible grant-funded programs.
  • Proficiency with federal and/or state grants, including compliance, reporting, and agency relationships.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and electrification provisions (HOMES/HEAR) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills, especially with government partners.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Mississippi and to CLEAResult, client, agency, or customer sites.

  • Serve as primary liaison with state agencies and/or utility partners.
  • Ensure implementation aligns with regulations, grant terms, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with contact center and marketing teams to support outreach and participant engagement.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and trade ally engagement across the state.
  • Develop new processes and tools to enhance program delivery and set best practices.
  • Strategize to expand participation and savings for long‑term growth.

Compensation

$97,600.00 – $146,400.00 USD (Salary; internal equity and experience considered).
