CLEAResult in Nashville, TN is seeking a Program Specialist to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, assisting with qualifying customers for participation, responding to inquiries, and producing monthly reports.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications.
• Perform intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible for assembling client and/or internal deliverables and responding to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients.
• Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues.
• Manage inventory and distribution of energy saving devices.
• Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…To join our team as a Program Specialist! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting Nashville residential program(s) to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad‑hoc reports, and other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

Compensation Range

$48,800.00 – $66,300.00 USD per year
