Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Program Field Specialist to support our low-income energy efficiency program. You will work with households, community partners, and trade allies to deliver energy savings while adhering to program guidelines and safety standards.

Successful candidates reside in Louisiana or Mississippi and will oversee contractor networks, supervise in-home energy assessments, educate customers on benefits, and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as BPI or HERS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor network who deliver in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income customers.
• Oversee installation of energy-saving measures in customer homes.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, safety, and program benefits.
• Manage field data collection and documentation, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with community action agencies, trade allies, and internal teams to schedule visits and track timelines.
• Ensure field work meets health and safety standards and proper use of testing equipment.
