Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Small Business in Bethesda is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee operations and ensure effective communication and management. Description

• Shall appoint and maintain a Program Manager (PM) for this TO and its associated TIs.
• Shall be the primary POC for all work performed under the TO.
• Shall provide the management necessary to ensure efficient and effective administration and control of each TI.
• Shall manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI.
• Shall inform the COR of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI.
• Shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues.
• Shall provide a monthly status report to document work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas.
• A list of deliverables and Trip/Travel Report shall be provided along with the task order status report.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required SECRET level.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations.
• Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.
• Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs.

Required education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.
