Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Small Business in Bethesda is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee operations and ensure effective communication and management. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing programs, leading teams, and providing key reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a SECRET security clearance. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in program planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs for US Government organizations.
• 5 years of managerial experience with professional, technical, and support teams.
• 5 years of experience in unmanned systems programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all program work.
• Manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Provide monthly status reports on progress and issues.
• Shall manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI.
• Shall inform the COR of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI.
• Shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues.
• Shall provide a monthly status report to document work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas.
• A list of deliverables and Trip/Travel Report shall be provided along with the task order status report.

Description

Job Requirements

Required qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations.
• Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.
• Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs.

Required education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.
