Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Senior Program Manager (PM) to support a federal government client. Availability is contingent upon contract award. The PM will lead ART operations, drive cost/schedule/performance controls, and ensure contractual performance while managing customer relationships.

Requirements include 8+ years managing large IT programs, SAFe certification, and a TS/SCI with CI POLY clearance or ability to obtain. Location: NCR area (MD/VA) with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large IT programs; SAFe certification.
• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, or a bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages ART operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are used effectively; maintains good relationships with customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Responsible for overall contract performance, customer relationship management, and program oversight.

Description:

Job Requirements

Desired experiences :

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large IT programs, SAFe certification.

Desired education:

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Location:

• NCR to include Maryland and Virginia.
