Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while upholding exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across assigned brands to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder meeting cadence with documented minutes.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, SOW reviews, and financial performance; ensure accurate billing.
