Nordstrom Inc. seeks a Network Analysis Manager to shape long-term store, digital, and reverse supply chain network strategies, driving efficiency, cost savings, and service levels. You will translate demand plans and asset locations into flow strategies across multi-year and bi-annual plans.

You will move between strategy and operational reality, aligning Merchandising, Inventory Deployment, Store Ops, Data Science, Technology, and Digital Ops around common goals and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic/analytical roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, high-profile projects or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering/analytics/supply chain).
• Ability to present to senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain flows across networks.
• Lead project analyses with data collection, diagnosis, scenario modeling, and deployment planning.
• Create executive-level narratives and connect workstreams to Enterprise strategy.
• Build stakeholder networks to drive innovation and anticipate business needs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Deployment, Store Ops, Data Science, Technology, and Digital Ops.
