The role requires 8+ years of program management experience in sales operations or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills. The team values collaboration and a data-driven approach to growth.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years in program management or related field.
• Experience in scaling cross-functional programs.

Responsabilidades

• Expand the SMC sales channel operational engine.
• Develop processes to scale SMC initiatives.
• Design operating models for large-scale programs.
• Create roadmaps, project plans, and reporting.
• Design optimized workflows for delivery goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Evolve SMC metrics to drive efficiency.
• Define operational solutions with tooling improvements.
