Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management (PM) for the Radio Frequency Solutions segment. The role oversees production transitions and capital efforts in a high-profile portfolio within the EWS organization.

This is an onsite role in El Segundo, CA, requiring leadership across cross-functional teams, IMS/EVMS implementation, and strong customer relationship skills. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years; advanced degree with 7+ years preferred.
• Program management, systems engineering, or business management experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance with PM tools.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution.
• Provide leadership to cross functional teams across Raytheon sites.
• Implement IMS and EVMS to meet EAC requirements.
• Establish and execute baseline schedule and change control.
• Develop relationships with customer counterparts.
• Travel domestically as needed.
