Job summary

Raytheon in MA is seeking a Principal Electrical Design & Production Product Lead to drive design, build, and test issue resolution for REPA Receiver Exciter products. You will lead analyses, transitions to production, and engage with suppliers on-site in Tewksbury with travel to Andover and Marlborough.

The role requires 8+ years in RF engineering, a STEM degree, and the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with RF system design and testing.
• Experience leading RCCA investigations; supplier/factory issues.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of design, build, and test issues.
• Lead circuit and subsystem analysis, modeling, simulation, and verification.
• Lead the transition to production of REPA products.
• Lead small projects or processes improvements within your area.
• Lead circuit card and subassembly design updates to resolve obsolescence and producibility issues.
• Interface with suppliers.
• This role is 100% on-site and will be based in Tewksbury, MA. Travel is to be anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Marlborough, MA.
