Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Navy Fire Control Radar Program within Advanced Capabilities / International portfolios. This onsite role leads program execution, shapes scope with internal partners, and guides capture activities including proposals and cost estimates.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management, security clearance eligibility, and a track record of coordinating across Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in program management or an advanced degree with 7+ years of domain experience.
• Experience with IMS, Risk & Opportunity management, EVMS, closed-loop corrective actions, configuration control, and financial reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government clearance; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface daily with customers and engineering to communicate financial status, progress, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure risk and opportunity management plans are comprehensive and executed to meet commitments.
• Execute the annual and 5-year business plan to meet Raytheon RTX commitments.
• Travel up to 25% based on business needs.
