Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Program Manager to lead contract execution and cross-functional teams across global programs. You will direct EVMS, IMS, and financial forecasting while engaging with international customers and leading PMRs.

Requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8+ years' experience and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in program management.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance with EVMS/IMS.
• Experience in assembling proposals and managing contract lifecycles.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for contract execution.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to ensure cost, schedule, and performance.
• Direct EVMS baselines, EACs, and IMS.
• Drive program P&L, forecasts, and AOP commitments.
• Interface with foreign customers and lead PMRs.
• Lead R&O assessments to optimize margins and milestones.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing for readiness.
• Ensure compliance with RTX phase-gate processes and security regulations.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
