Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to oversee a high-profile program within the RF Solutions unit. You will lead cost, schedule and technical performance, and guide cross-functional teams across Raytheon sites toward on-time delivery.

This onsite role requires an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 7+), and proven PM, IMS/EVMS expertise. RTX offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years preferred or an advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start; ability to obtain program access after start.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs; familiarity with program management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunities.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across Raytheon sites.
• Implement and execute IMS and EVMS; meet EAC requirements.
• Establish and execute baseline schedule; negotiate change requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer counterparts.
• Travel domestically as needed.
