Job summary

Raytheon, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Navy Fire Control Radar Program. This onsite role in El Segundo, CA will oversee program execution, shape scope with internal partners, support capture activities, and develop technology roadmaps with the customer.

You will interface daily with customers and engineering teams to report financial status and progress; manage risks and opportunities; and drive the annual and five-year plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 7–10 years of program management experience.
• Experience in IMS, EVMS, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and engineering to report status, progress and risks.
• Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans and annual/5-year business plans.
• Travel up to 25% as required by program needs.
