Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to lead the deployment of Gasboy solutions for customers. You will plan, execute, and oversee on-time, on-budget implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and quality throughout the lifecycle, while communicating with stakeholders and facilitating training and change management for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets of $100K+. Strong understanding of PMBOK and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects with regular stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure quality standards throughout implementation; conduct quality reviews.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback for improvements.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives for adoption of Gasboy solutions.
