Job summary

EDMO is hiring a Program Manager for its on-site, comprehensive after-school program. You will oversee training, staff coaching, and daily activities, while ensuring safe, engaging learning experiences aligned with EDMO’s SEL and STEAM curriculum.

You will manage partnerships with schools, monitor budgets and payroll, and lead a team of instructors to deliver high-quality programs to diverse students.

Qualifications

• Experience leading after-school programs and staff.
• Experience working with youth of all ages.
• Ability to manage budget and payroll within site constraints.
• Excellent communication with parents and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with partnership contacts.
• Lead and supervise staff teams at the site.
• Oversee site budget, payroll, and timesheets.
• Plan and implement after-school activities (SEL/STEAM).
• Recruit, hire, and train program staff.
