Job summary

EDMO in Northern California is seeking a Program Manager to oversee an after-school program, including training, scheduling, and daily activities such as SEL and STEAM.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, liaise with site partners and parents, and ensure safety and program quality across partnerships. This on-site role requires strong leadership and commitment to EDMO's mission to provide engaging, equitable education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Completion of 48 college units.
• Ability to take and pass the EDMO Instructional Exam.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and staff coaching.
• Manage site budget and payroll compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and training.
