EDMO in California is seeking an After School Instructor to deliver EDMO's STEAM/SEL curriculum across programs. You will train on the curriculum, foster leadership, and create a fun, safe learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with groups of students.
• Completion or willingness to complete the Instructional Assistant Exam; waiver with Bachelor's degree with coursework in English, AA degree, or 48 college-level units.
• Three positive work references.
• Livescan and TB test required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach all EDMO STEAM/SEL curriculum for students.
• Train on EDMO curriculum and grow professionally.
• Interact with parents in a professional manner.
• Maintain attendance records, class notes, and daily logs.
• Lead engaging recreation activities promoting teamwork and fun.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development.
• Ensure student safety and a positive experience.
• Demonstrate EDMO SEL skills in actions and guidance.
