• Strong classroom management experience.
• Excellent communication with partners, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDMO site admin duties for partner sites.
• Oversee daily program operations and schedules.
• Coach and supervise program staff and instructors.
• Monitor budgets, payroll and timesheets within agreements.
• Coordinate with partner site staff for collaboration and safety.
• Plan Community Week activities aligned with EDMO values.
• Conduct staff meetings, trainings and safety demonstrations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to families and partners.
